Apply a credit to my order

Step 1 Purchase Records Page

After your audience build has completed and you have selected the records you wish to order, you may apply any available credits to your order.

Scroll to the Available Credits section of the page and select the credit or credits to apply to your order by clicking the green Apply button next to the prepayment.  You may apply multiple credits to your order by clicking the green Apply button next to each credit listed until the order is paid in full.  Credits will be refreshed to display new balances if only a portion of the prepayment is used to place this specific order.

Step 2 Purchase Records page updated

  1. The page refreshes to display the new total price for your order (total price minus the applied credit amount)
  2. The amount applied to the order and available balance, if any, of the credit is also displayed and the Apply button has changed to a red Remove button.  If you do not wish to apply this credit, click the Remove button and the page will refresh to display the original total price for your order
  3. To finish placing your order, click the blue Submit button

Step 3 Download Records page

  1. On the Download Records page, you will see that the charge for this specific order displays$0.00 - if the credit you applied did not cover the entire cost of the order - you would see the balance due for invoicing.
  2. You may download the output from your audience.
