Apply a prepayment to my order
Step 1 Purchase Records Page
After your audience build has completed and you have selected the records you wish to order, you may apply any available prepayments to your order.
Scroll to the Available Credits section of the page and select the prepayment to apply to your order by clicking the green Apply button next to the prepayment. You may apply multiple prepayments to your order by clicking the green Apply button next to each prepayment listed until the order is paid in full. Prepayments will be refreshed to display new balances if only a portion of the prepayment is used to place this specific order.
Step 2 Purchase Records page updated
- The page refreshes to display the new total price for your order (total price minus the applied prepayment amount)
- The amount applied to the order and available balance, if any, of the prepayment is also displayed and the Apply button has changed to a red Remove button. If you do not wish to apply this prepayment, click the Remove button and the page will refresh to display the original total price for your order
Step 3 Place your order
Balances not paid by a prepayment will be charged to your credit card. You may select an existing credit card or enter information to pay with a new card not already on file with us.
Step 4 Submit Order
Once you have provided all of the payment information, scroll to the top of the page and click the blue Submit Order button
