Change the Status of an ITMA (In-The-Market-Alert)
ITMAs, as well as other types of Programs, can be active or inactive. An Active program will process automatically based upon it's schedule and auto order settings. An Inactive program will not process even when there is a schedule and/or auto order settings in place.
Occasionally, there may be a need to suspend running a program temporarily. This is the time that changing the status to Inactive is helpful. The program remains in place - with it's basic criteria - for when it is needed again.
Step 1 Select the ITMA
- On the home page, click the Programs link
- On the All ITMA tab, type the first three characters of the name of the ITMA you want to update in the Quick Search field - IE will start searching for the ITMA as you type
- Click the Actions gear for the ITMA
- Click View

Step 2 Program Summary page
- The page refreshes to display the Program Summary of the ITMA you are going to edit
- Click the Actions button
- Click Edit

Step 3 Edit Status
The Program Edit page displays and you have the ability to rename the ITMA, change the status from Active to Inactive, update the Start and End dates as well as add an email to receive notifications
- If you do not want the ITMA to run, click the drop down list under Status and click Inactive
- Click the Save button

Step 4 Program Summary page
The page displays the Program Summary details
The status of the ITMA is now Inactive
To update the status to Active, click the Action button and then click Edit Program
The Program Edit page displays again and you have the ability to rename the ITMA, change the status from Inactive to Active, edit the Start and End dates as well as the email address
