Append Latest Data and Run Now for ITMAs and Daily Triggers
- Programs (ITMA and Acquisitions) are often set up to run automatically when a mart is refreshed by the bureaus. (There are some exceptions to this. Users may opt to run programs (not manually) on a specific day/date regardless of the marts refresh schedule.)
- Daily programs are often created with an append file and run to to match the file with the current data in the mart provided from all three bureaus.
- If the daily refresh from a specific bureau has not been completed, the programs will not run.
- Append Latest Data and Run Now tells IE to append the latest data from the bureaus that have been refreshed, and run the program.
Step 1 To append latest data and run now
On the Home page, click the Programs tab.
Step 2 On the Program List page
Select the ITMA you want to append with latest data by clicking the blue action gear associated with that ITMA.
Click View.
Step 3 On the Program Display page
On the Program Display page, click the blue Actions button.
Click Append Later and Run Now.
Step 4 Refreshed Program Display confirms the append is in progress
The page refreshes to display a yellow banner confirming the Program is now appending. A new Audience id is also listed.
You may scroll to the bottom of the page and click the View link next to your new Audience to view the Audience progress and if necessary, manually place the order and download the output.
