Go to https://ftp.datamyx.com

Login with the username provided and the temp password.

You will then be prompted to change the password

You can go to the File Upload Button (a white arrow pointing up on a blue button) and select a single file to upload

You can also select the Folder Upload button (a white folder with a blue arrow pointing up on a blue button) and select an entire folder to upload to

You can select the the New Folder button (a white file folder with a blue plus sign on a blue button) and specify a name for a new folder
