Delete an External Suppression
An External Suppression is used to suppress (or exclude) records/data from a search that match records the customer has purchased in previous orders. Occaisionally, an External SUppression will no longer be needed for future Audiences and may be deleted from IE.
Step 1 On the Home Page
Click the Suppressions link.
Step 2 On the Suppressions Page - delete a single Suppression
- A single Suppression may also be deleted by clicking the Action icon. You will note that the Delete feature has been added to the Action drop down menu.
- Once the drop down menu is expanded, click the Delete Option
Step 3 On the Suppressions Page - delete multiple Suppression
- Multiple Suppressions may deleted by clicking the check box to the left of the Suppression. Click the check box for each of the Suppressions on the page you wish to delete
- Clicking the down arrow on the drop down menu displayed directly above the display grid. It will expand the menu to Delete Selected.
- Click Delete Selected
