If you have forgotten your user password, click on the link labeled Forgot Your Password.

The page will redirect you to a form - enter your user name and the email address that is registered to your account.

Click the Reset Password button - a message will display advising you that a temporary password has been sent to your email address.

After you clicked Reset Password, the page redirected to the login page.

Check your email for your temporary password.  Copy and paste the password into the password field on the sign in page.

Click the Sign In button

You have been directed to the Save password page - type in your new password.  

• The password must be a minimum of eight characters long, contain one upper case character, one special character and one number.
• The password cannot be the same as your previous 5 passwords.

Type the password into the password field.  Type the password again in the Confirm Password field.

Click Save password.  You will be redirected to the Home page and may proceed with creating a new audience.

Note: Passwords expire after 90 days.  The system will prompt you for a new password when yours is expired.
